I love the look of the Scab 5.5 combo. It looks really cool.
Did you visit the Ford Motor Company website? You can go through the "build my ford" link. After you finish, it will give you the option of searching dealer inventories in your area (based on ZIP code). It will list the entire inventory of F150's at 4-5 dealers in your area. You can enter different ZIP codes to expand the search to other dealers further from your home. It's the easiest way to search for the exact vehicle you are looking for. That's how I found my '04 SuperCrew FX4 (3 weeks ago). I will never special order a vehicle build again. God bless the internet (lol).

I have a supercab with 5.5 bed bought it mid August. Wasn't hard to find, just the color and options combo I wanted was a little hard to find. It was the end of 04 build. Waited until the rebates were $5,521 plus $1,000 retiree voucher. Love this truck!! It's a 2wd, 4wd were easier to find with 5.5 bed. I live in Michigan.

I also have a 5.5 Supercab ,With the new design in the bed being 2 inches deaper seams to make up for the size .I didnt have no problem filling full of branches from all the storms we had here in Florida this summer.@ I dont have NO problem Towing either
