Hey, everybody. I was wondering if anybody could help me with something. I have a '74 F-100 4x4 and I am going to supercharge it. Does anybody know of any kits that are made to mount a supercharger on a Ford 360? I haven't had any luck.
Would have to do some digging. It has been a while, but as I remember, there were differences between the 360 and the 351. Can someone help me out here?
Once I know what swaps, I will have a better sense of direction.
BDS has 'em. ( http://www.blowerdriveservice.com/blower_comp_kit.html ) A 360 is an FE block and BDS has them for 390-428's...which are FE blocks. You can contact their tech and they'll tell you what you need to do to make it work.

I run a Blue Thunder blower manifold with a stock 6-71 blower on my 390. 6 lbs of boost really peps it up
I would watch, as I have mentioned before to others that have thought about this project......the blower/carbs are back pretty far and MIGHT interfere with the rear of hood/cowl area. Now, this is with my Blue thunder intake, maybe others will move it forward. A good way to guesstimate would be take a ruler and line it up with rear of manifold. As it points up, what does it hit?? Anything directly above will be in the way of blower/carbs. I had thoughts of installing this motor in my '69 F100(before putting it in my '64 Galaxie) and after determining the clearance issues I passed on the idea.
Just want to pass this on. Don't want you to find out AFTER you get it done that it doesn't fit right.
