oh its one of those. bet it says afb on it huh.. well the number you gave me is that it is a 08 day of the 3 quarter in 68. and as i recall the j0 is a designation for pontiac, but i may be wrong on that. it has been a long time, but it is a factory afb. alot better than the discount ones they make now adays by weber. atleast this one doesn't have a pot metal plating that desinigrates under the use of alcoholed fuels..

thanks, that helped alot! so it probably came off a fireturd or something, i guess its time to do some research to see what pontiacs (sounds right) had for carbs. thanks again
