I have a stock 76 bronco that I just bought. It has been sitting for about 10 years in a barn and the tires are all dry rot. Since it is totally original, I dont want to put a lift, but I would like to put some slightly agressive wheels and tires. Can anyone tell me the lug pattern size and what is the largest tire I can put on with out a lift or cutting the fenders?

If you want a nice agressive, dual purpose tire, may I suggest getting a set of BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A's. Man what a great traction tire! They are good in mud, to an extent, great self cleaners, dig through snow something fierce, provide great off road traction in a numerous set of conditions. They aren't the longest lasting tire, but you should still get 40K to 50K with them. They are even fairly quiet on the paved surfaces you may encounter daily.
You can see what they look like on my 99, in my gallery. Hopefully they make a tire that will fit under your stock EB.
If it were mine I would get some plain steel wheels with the small hub caps if it dosn't already have them and put on 30 x 9.50 BFG AT tires. I like the stock look.
A GOOD tire shop will work with you and mount a tire, then put it on the front ot the 76, then let it down off the jack and turn lock to lock, left to right to see if it rubs.
Call around and see who has goood service.
