wheel lug pattern

Here in a few days I'm going to pick up the 79 f150 my son got a few weeks ago and one of the tires won't hold air. Just curious if the 5 lug pattern is the same as the 5 lug on my 92 bronco. I just need to get it on the trailer so I can get it home, so all I need is for it to fit good enough to roll a few feet.

I believe the wheel studs are the same upto 96 when ford switched to metric. The pattern I believe is 5 on 5.5 from 73 to 96 f100, f150 and broncos.

Yes. The bolt pattern on both vehicles is 5 on 5 1/2.

Thanks guys! I was pretty sure they were the same, but 250 miles is a long way to go with the wrong tire. My sd is different than my obs stuff, so just wanted to make sure
