If you are running tires that are not recommended for the stock rim width 7". ie. 33s or 305s on a 7 inch rim. Its real hard to balance and you will get uneven wear.
Stock tires, only when I am off of the accelerator. It sounds more like a shudder, the steering wheel and daashboard vibrates. Could it be a lack of fluid in the diff or x-fer case or driveshaft?
Every once in a while, I get the same kind of 'shuddering' between 48 and 52. It gets so bad sometimes, that I have to either floor it or slam on the brakes to get out of that speed range. The steering wheel shakes side to side, the front end is oscillating, it's pretty scary. At any other speed, it's as smooth as silk...I can cruise all day long at any other speed with no problems at all.
I don't get it. I had the dealer check it out, they said there's nothing wrong/nothing they can do. The tires are balanced, my brakes are fine, etc.
