Perform a search on this topic. There have been many complaints about doors rattling and squeaking in the past especially on Super Cabs. My driver's side doors rattle slightly whenever I hit a bump. I have kind of gotten used to it. A while back I tried putting foam weather-strip from Ace Hardware on the small back door where the front door comes into contact with it. It seemed to work for a while. On my truck I think the two doors are actually rubbing together. Hope this helps!
There is also a known problem with the seat belt retractors clanking in the front and especially the rear. Had to have those replaced on my 2002 and my 2004. Problem disappears after that. Covered by warranty.
it does sound like it is coming from the corner near the seat belt I will take it in and have them check it out
I rubbed some silicone grease on the weather stripping and it didn't help
O the first thing they blamed it on was the camper shell
thanks

tighten'n the striker plate will fix the problem.. your dealer did this and you said it cured it... so youve located the problem.... they probably did not move it enough or tighten it enough.. it slide back into place on your drive home... if you replace the bolt with a std bolt, not taperd you get allot more adjustment.. try it in a few differnt spots till you get it right.
