460 efi fuel problem

460 efi fuel problem
i have an 89 ford f350 with the 460 efi
It runs with some fuel in the intake but,,wont run off the fuel system,,,, when turning the ignition on ,,the fuel pumps do not get any power and i dont believe the injectors are working either ,, i can manualy run the fuel pump with a power up probe and it works fine ,, it seems like anything involved in the fuel system itself is not working,,,I know where the 1 relay is i dont know if that powers everything or just the fuel pump,, the relay works i jumperd it but its not getting any power in from the igniton or the computer? the main hot is good and i can jump it there to run the pump,,,
I dont know if it could be a computer problem? or there is another relay im missing? everything else electrically work fin on the truck,,, Someone had mentioned to me about a fuel saftey switch in the cab that shut's off power to the pumps but i think i founf it and the button was down ,,ANY ideas would help i need this hunk of metal to do some plowing thanks...
