I was just wondering if anybody knew of a manufacturer that makes a roll bar for a full size bronco that will fit under my cap. My bronco is a 95. I've seen many nicely fabricated roll bars in broncos, but I am honestly not that good at welding. Any help on finding one would be appreciated. Thanks.
The 11-3060 is a roll bar, the 11-3560 is a roll cage, and the 12-3060 is a conversion kit to make a 3060 into a 3560. you are looking for a 11-3560 and you want to make it with family bars. These are all kits that you weld in and you can add seat belt tabs to it if you want.
This set up will get you a full cage to cover both the front and rear seats, plus it's set up to accomodate seat belts in the back. As soon as I have the cash, one will be delivered to my house. They have been extemely helpful and willing to answer any and all questions.
I have the 10-point cage from S&W. JBG is the only other place I know of that make one, but you might find one from an older 78/79. Smittybilt used to make them.
I've seen a bar from Jeffs Bronco Graveyard, it is a nice looking bar. You can't use a roll bar from a 70's bronco the floor pan is different so the bar will set to low. I just installed a Ford GT bar in my 94 Bronco. Ford put in some of the early 80's Bronco's it fits great you will have to modify your speaker covers because the support bars go through the covers. Make a template of your speaker covers and keep cutting the template until it fits then transfer the template to the speaker covers.
