no dice on t5

I just pulled out my 3 speed manual in order to compare it to a t5 from a mustang gt. The trans. to bell pattern is different and the input shaft is longer. I am looking for an easy upgrade, manual or auto. Any suggestions would be great.

you wouldn't want a t5 in a truck anyway, they can barely hold up in a stock 3000 pound car. i would go with a c6 tranny.
