Voltage Regulator Clicking, Voltage Drops
i thought the truck wasn't starting because of air in the lines, but when i put a test light on the glow plugs (just to be sure) they would cycle on & off every 5 or so seconds and i was hearing the voltage regulator click. what's happening??

There is a relay behind air filter/ air intake. It sound like the relay maybe bad. They are less than 20.00. You can also bypass them if need using a momentary switch to control the plugs. If you look through earlier post they cover how to test the relay and how to bypass if you want
