Gutter trim removal

I found a nice set of chrome gutter trim at a local wrecking yard that I'd really like to have. The only problem is I don't know how to remove the stuff without screwing it up. How do you do that properly?

trim removal

I found the same and was able to remove it working from the doors first starting from the bottom of the trim working it out and up with a big flat screw driver ,the tougher part was where the windshield is unless the windsheild is gone just take your time working a little at a time I have not installed it on my truck but i think starting with the windshield parts first and back to the doors ???? half the battel is getting it off the other half and maybe tougher part is gettin it on Good Luck

I used a pair of pliers with several layers of masking tape on the jaws. I think the trim releases from the bottom so if you inch your way along the bottom after a few inches it will release from the top. Try it.
