Remove your old one. Take it to your localparts store and have them get you one like it . You will have to bend it so you might need to get you a tubing bender. also get some flair wenches so you can get the old one off and the new one on. might need some spray lube also. after you change it you'll need to bleed the brakes.

Your local parts store will have (alone with a tube bender) a flare wench, but what they due is they flare out the end of the metal line so you can put the necessary hose hose on the line without it pulling off when clamped down.
