460 engine in mustang question

460 engine in mustang question
i got a 1979 f150 with a 460 engine/c-6 in it but id like to stick it in a 1987-1993 mustang gt, but i like a manual transmission, what 5 speed would make a good tranny for the 460, what kind of hp/torque can i expect, and how much work is involved?
