steering or brake problem?
My 91 F250 4X4 will sometimes pull hard to either side while driving. The other day when I stopped at an intersection and turned right I heard a clunk noise as I turned and the truck pulled hard to the left taking about 1/2 turn of the wheel to keep it centered in the lane. It remained that way until I got home. The next day it was fine. This has happened before but not as severe. I once corrected it by yanking the wheel hard in the opposite direction, but that only worked once. I don't see anything broke or damaged, the ball joints and rod end have some play but not to bad. Could this be the front brakes dragging or possibly the steering gear box?
