What's up with this???
I know the injectors on our '89 Bronco with 351 should need to be cleaned periodically, but whenever we use ANY brand of in-the gas tank injector cleaner, it runs worse!! Anyone know why, how to clean injectors without this happening?

Replace the fuel filter BEFORE running in-tank F/I cleaners. The cleaner may be dislodging crud in the filter ans sending it on through effectively making the problem worse. The cleaner doesn't know the difference between filter and injector and works throughout the fuel system on any crud in comes in contact with. Just a suggestion, not a guarantee.
