Started out with Chevies, the old man was a GM stalwart. I even worked at the Fisher Body Plant for my first real job back on the '58 Chevies, stayed there until '62 or '63. Spent my callow youth racing the mouse motors and a few four bolt rats then I noticed everytime the Chevies broke I was depending on an old Ford that didn't get a tenth of the TLC my chevies did. Didn't take a but a few better kept Fords to make me a convert. I have ended up with a few other makes as company vehicles etc. even bought a few Japs, Honda and Toyotas but return to Fords and am happy with them.
I'm biased to Ford, but for more reasons than just because my dad has owned them for years. I have a 1980 malibu with 150k miles on it. It runs, but needs an engine rebuild. I put valve stem seals in it, and it lost a lifter... It only carries 10 lbs of oil pressue hot in gear at idle... Not too bad, but my 351 in an E150 with about 165k still holds 25 or 30 hot in gear at idle.... I won't even get into the horror stories I have about some of our dodges.....
Understand one terrible truth. You are responsible for your children, and you must become aware of the effect you have on your surroundings, and companions, and you must strive to better that.
Yep, but then the child can reach self-realization or self-actualization and thus becomes a complete individual. Without self realization or self-actualization you are not yet grown up no matter how old you have become.
I was raised Chevy..... I loved my Chevy truck. It took more abuse than it deserved.
My 1st Ranger, an '86 did well also for the abuse it took. My 2nd Ranger, wifes 2001 Edge was a waste of money. Hated it.
My '91 F-150. It gets tempermental.....but I love my truck!!!
The way I would rather it be interperted is that most (true blue) of us have been programed correctly & that we have not been corrupted by others interpertations of brain washing or in the way that computer data becomes
corrupt!
LIVE LONG AND PROSPER.................TURBO TED
