Powertrain Control Module

Hello all.I have a 1992 Bronco full size with a 302. and i am replacing my Powertrain control module and i'm having trouble getting the old one out.What is the best way of removing it?

Wow, thats an expensive replacement. I wish I could help but mine was removed by ol' man fire. Out of curiosity, what prompted the replacement?
