Wiper wont work

I have a 1990 F350 7.3, auto, power everything.
The wipers dont work on any speed but high and then they draw an enormous load and stick. I have replaced the wiper motor and the switch with the same problem still existing.
Can anyone help?

Welcome to FTE!
When my `88 was brand new, it did the same thing. The dealer changed the intermittant wiper module I believe?
