If you're shopping on eBay, there are several systems there that have a (straight through) muffler, if you want to retain that 'look'. But 'look' is about all you'll have from one of them. Might as well do straight pipe, end to end (with the appropriate bends, of course).
But if you're shopping on eBay, and want a 4" system with a 'straight through' muffler, look for auctions by Warp Speed Performance, or WSP. They have complete 4" systems for $299. The kits include all the pipes (w/ attached hangers), muffler, the needed clamps, and a tip. And while most don't advocate placing a pyrometer post turbo, their downpipe is already tapped and has a mounting lug (with a plug) for a pyrometer.
