Leaking Oil problems

Hi everybody.
I have oil on the top of the motor right behind the oil pressure sending unit.Lost power about 500 miles, just enough to notice. I read that mostly everybody drives under 2,000 rom on warmups. My truck shifts at 22,000 to 23,000 rpm during warmup. I can't keep it under 2,000 rpms. Is there a problem
Can't find where it is coming from. Any suggestions? 11,000 miles, Build date--May 4,04, Indianapolis built motor.
