echo tips

I've heard echo tips make your exhaust louder. Has anyone ever tried these if so where did you get them from? I cut my second cat off and have a glasspack, it sounds pretty good, but just not loud enough.

louder? not really...deeper? yes. i have a 3 1/2" x 18" tip on my exhaust and it definatly made it sound better.

Where did you find your echo tips? i've got a turndown right after the cab in my truck, do ya think it'd help it sound a lil deeper.

i got mine from a local speed shop. and as i said before it'll make it deeper, please read posts carefully...

sorry next time i'll do an in depth study before replying... i was just wondering if you thought, with my set up, it'd make any difference, but thanks anways

I like the sound of it its pretty deep when ya get on it, i wish it resonated in the cab more though, but it's still not all that loud, i wanna have to turn it off to use my cell phone ya know, but i guess thats not gonna happen with the six.
