Quadrajet carbs?
I just put one on my 79 Bronco (w/ 400 and 4spd) and was wandering about the tuning it. this is my first try with the Q-jet(got it from e-bay).
so any help, tips, tricks, things to watch for or experiences wanted.

Tuning parts are not nearly as readily available for the Q-jets as they are for Holleys and Edelbrocks. Someone like JET carbs may have parts available. They use metering rods similar to an Edelbrock so they should be very tunable. I personally have never liked a spreadbore carb. GM used them for years, and they seem to be reliable, just not real performance oriented.
