Power... and then some
I've been drooling at the very thought of putting more power to the 2005 I'll be getting in about 2 weeks. I've checked out the edgew/attitude box, and SCMT, I know they aren't updated with the 05 programs yet, but its only a matter of days I'm sure. I've also looked very closely at the Predator, thing is I have the Diablosport chip in my 00 and it runs hot easily. I have the predator in my 02 Mustang and its awesome. I have a heavy right foot and I have already decided on the Motorhaven 4" Turbo back, and I just saw the 6 gun shooter with speed loader from Banks, approved for the 05 programs, and it says it has EGT limiting capabilities.. thats a plus isn't it. a few hundred more than the programmer but in the long run.. not that much. Any input ?? anybody running the 6 gunner.... or EGT running high in the 65 or 100 hp mode.. I figure w/ exhaust, I might as well keep it on as close to high setting as egt will allow.

yo zMan.. thanks for replying.. with the limiter of egts.. will that mean you can still be nearly WOT and the power band automatically backs off? until its safe again..... Ooooo the wait is almost unbearable... next Monday... the 25th is supposed to be the date of delivery.

The guy that dyno'd my truck stated they had a few problems with the attitude but they were being worked out. He stated that the units fail once in awhile and have to be swapped out. Just FYI.
