Fuel Tank Volume
i have a f250 crew cab with the tank inside the cab behind the seat and the tank in between the frame in front of the rear axle.
I was wondering if anyone knows how many gallons of gas these tanks are supposed to hold each?

if your truck runs and you can afford it, fill them with gas and check the pump. sorry for being an a$$. The 67-72 in cab tanks are like 14/15 gallons so I figure they are about the same for the 73-79. As for the rear tank, measure the dimentions and calculate volume (LxWxH). Then convert your cubic volume to liquid form. (231 cu.in. = 1US gallon)
