I'd ck my local yellow pages.
Don't know where you are from your post, but if it was me I'd be surfing my yahoo yellow pages for local city listing of chevron or similar oil outlets for info. I was at chevrons site and they do make lighter wt oil, just need to find it. Good luck
Delo® ; is also available in the following weights: 10W-30, SAE 30 and SAE 40.

Yeah that's cold . Your truck doesn't feel the effects of wind chill , it's just what the combination of cold temps and wind feel like on your skin . You may have to have someone order the 5W30 if you can't find it on the shelf , and they may want you to buy a case or two ........and maybe not . To tell you the truth , I don't miss the hassle of getting ready for or coping with the long cold winters any more ! I ran 48 states and Canada as an owner/operator and have expierenced more winter than I care to remember !

My suggestion for cold weather is to go to a good quality synthetic oil! I ran Amsoil for a few years, and am now trying a 5w - 40w Mobil 1, which I bought at Walmart of all places!
I'm on the extended drain period, as I have the Amsoil dual filtration system installed, and I send an oil analysis in at every filter change.
You really can't beat synthetic oil for cold weather, as it just flows much better at these very low temperatures.

IMO Amsoil Synthetic is far superior to Mobil 1 Synthetic. If you or anyone else has a problem getting Amsoil, I am a dealer and you can order it from my site and have it delivered directly to your home www.synthetic-oil-tech.com/1151854/. I also am installing a dual by-pass filtration system on my 2000 Ford Excursion Diesel, but will utilize Amsoil Synthetic Diesel oil in the crankcase and Amsoil Synthetic Transmission Fluid for the Tranny.
