Steering coupler (rag joint)

Posted this in the suspension, steering etc. forum but thought I'd put it here, too. My mechanic says that Bubba needs a new steering coupler, also called a rag joint. If any of you have a line on a parts supplier that might have this, please let me know. New old stock would be best but good used would do. Bubba's a 1970 F250 Camper Special. You can go to a local auto parts store and get just the rubber part & new bolts in a kit. You reuse your original metal parts. It is easy to do.
Does Bubba have the onan generator under the hood ?

Rag Joint

Hey
I had the same problem with my 71. Go to www.dennis-carpenter.com . There is just about everything you need there to restore a Ford F-100. This is where I bought mine. It was only about $20.

Motormite makes a replacement for the rag joint and it's $8 (joint, nuts and bolts) and you can get it at any parts store who cary's the Motormite HELP! products. I've seen them at Checker and Autozone.
