motor mounts
hi, I have a chance to buy some new motor mounts for $20 each for a 360/390 4wd.Will they work with my installation of my 460 in a 79 f150 4wd? I dont want to order them if they are the wrong ones.

I am pretty sure they are different. I would get the conversion mounts made by L and L products. go to www.broncograveyard.com they will have them.

You should be able to get them at your local Napa auto store for about $8-$10 each. I bought a pair about a year ago from my local Napa store, Murray's and Auto Zone had them to, but were a bit more expensive if you can believe that. -Ed

you CAN use 360/390 mounts on a 460 in a truck all ya have to do is oblong the top hole in the mount and only use 2 holes on the block but if i was goin to go and BUY some id get the correct ones just remember im cheap and dont buy anything unless i have to
