Would this be enough backpressure?
I have stock manifolds on my 92" 5.0, the rest of the exhaust is true duel straight 2.5" pipes to the back with 5.5" tips. I want to put headers, 3" pipe, and a set of 12" glasspacks on it.
Would that be enough back pressure?
Also what is the best kind of headers for this application?

just add headers and glasspacks to what you have, its cheaper and 3" is gonna be a bit much for the engine, actually 2.5" is pretty big for true duals on a 302. As for backpressure, less is better.
