Disabling door chime
Okay, Ive had enough of this annoying freaking door chime everytime I go to start my truck. How can I disable it? Also, what about the intionion chime? Is there anyway too disable that? Maybe some fuses I could remove?

This is what I did on my 2000 F250:
Put the key in the ignition to the on position, push a stiff wire up into the only small hole in the bottom of the steering column to depress the button for the lock cylinder. (I had to take out the screws on the shroud to see the hole in the ignition switch) Pull out the switch while pushing the button. It will slide right out. Put a piece of electrical tape on the flat metal bar on the cylinder and trim to fit. The metal piece is about 1/2-inch x 1/8-inch. push the switch back into place until the button locks back in.
I found intructions for this with a search of the electrical/wiring on FTE, so I can't take the credit. But it works.
