Part number needed

97 F-150, I gotta put a new blend door in (fix won't work, damn sleeve fell out pretty much when I pulled the actuator). Anyway, anybody got the part number for the door only? Also, anybody got anything with tips on dash removal? I know there's got to be some tricks involved, I know the mechanics can do it in a couple of hours.

last time we tried to get one for a windstar we were told we had to get the hole plenum, big $$.
