Computer Problems
I got a 86 Bronco II with a 2.9 V6. One day i was trying to get some codes using a Voltmeter. I put the jumper wire on one side and was about to put it on the other. While i was moving the connector, the jumper wire brushed against my starter relay right where the battery is hooked up. My truck started but sounded very sick and was coughing alot of smoke. Did i blow up my computer? Is there a fuse that i can replace? I hooked up the voltmeter anyway and instead of needle sweeps I am getting voltage all the time. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
