Explanation for Managers
I didn't find this in time for the math thread, but it really helps to explain some of the managers we all come across eventually - "Peter Principle" kind of thing.
Power = Work/Time
time=money, so it's now:
Power = Work/Money
knowledge= power, so it's now:
Knowledge = Work/Money
re-arrange the terms, and:
Money = Work/Knowledge
taken to the limits:
As Knowledge approaches zero, Money approaches infinity.
Power = Work/Time

perfect if you own a business... get a lot of money because you don't have to pay the "next to zero knowledge" manager very much for his work.
