Need help with shifting problem.
2000 F150 Shifting Problem When Cold

I replaced the IAC and fixed my rough idle trouble. I thought my minor shift troubles would go away also but unfortunatley they didn't. Here is the trouble.
When the truck is cold and I immediatly have to get it up to high speed, 60-70 mhp, the tranny seems to shift poorly from 3rd to 4th. I can hear the motor rev for a second between the shift.
If I drive thru the neighborhood and get the motor temp up then the truck shifts fine. The problem only occurs when starting the truck and immediatly going onto the highway or anywhere else that requires high speeds. Once she warms up all is well.
Any idea what is causing this? It has 22,000 miles since last tranny fluid change. Vaccuum related?
