okay guys this is my daily driver. My head lights blink. My radio also blinks as well as the dash lights. My tail lights don't work anymore (brake lights do to) and my parking lights no longer work. I've got a new light switch and a new brights dimmer switch....what gives?????? I can't trace any wires being grounded. ANd I've als replaced my volt. regulator...Please help me!!!
Only thing in common with all those circuits is the battery - check your battery cables - and remember they sometimes rot from the inside where they join the clamps
when my headlights did that on my 69, it was a wire on the dimmer switch.
just changed the harness and it was fixed.was about $6. and it's one of the few old wires still on the truck.
another thing you should think about is a new wiring harness.from the sound of it, you might have a few problems.
i did my whole truck in a weekend, cost about 400, and i now have enough circuits for power windows, doors, ac.lol
