Surging and Bucking

1993 5.0L e4od 185k. when truck is cold runs with no problems, when up to operating temp truck bucks and surges between 25 and 35 mph. Over 35mph runs smooth. 0-25 you can hear the engine surging but you can not feel it. new tps, and 02 sensor recently. I am at a loss on this one.

It sounds like you may be experiencing E40D "shudder". Try pushing the overdrive off button and see if it smooths out. Or put the gear selector into second gear. These transmissions are noted for a "stick-slip" behavior on the torque converter lock-up clutch, especially on high-miles vehicles. This sometimes gets better with a fluid change.
