Connection for trailer brake controller

I can't locate the female plug connector for the electric brake controller under the dash of my 2004 f-250. I checked the owners manual and it shows a drawing of the location but darned if i can find it. I know what it should like and where it is on my 2000 Expedition. Thanks

If your sitting in your truck it should be located to the right of the steering column about 3" up under the dash.

Yes, and it is situated in such a manner that it is difficult to plug into it!!!

My hands and fingers just don't bend that much.
