If you have the motor mount towers, all the accessory brackets, pedal assembly, starter, tranny mount and crossmember (i think on the crossmember) the centre floor pan piece. Overall its a time consuming project, not to hard but a pain in the but. I would have a donor truck to swap parts from then that way you won't be missing anything.
