Unhappy rough idle

ok i got a 2004 f350 every once in a while when idleing it gets choppy and i give it a little gas or start to move it gos away. it also does it when i am idleing in reverse. any ideas i am afraid to bring it in to shop worried if they will make more problems trying to fix the little one. other than that the truck has 7500 miles and is great.

thanks for any info

It should not make any more fixing that one, have you taken it in to the dealership for it.
Do a search here in the 6.0 area for "rough idle" lots of reading it get you ready to take the truck in.
