Kidd'n just a bit.. But I have an old oil cap and some Biodyne (simple green) and will give a very scientific test
Hope it don't eat through the container!! or the 1 1/2" thick steel plate work bench while testing..
.................HP.................
Well, after about 10 days of an Oil filler cap 'completely submerged' in Simple Green/Bio Dyne there are 'NO' signs of deterioration or damage of any kind.. Although very clean .. The brew was even left in direct hot sunlight, and the solution even evaporated on down to syrup status.. No change.. Tryed 'scraping' to see if the plastic was breaking down, and all was still good.. Safe?? I'd still use it with care and caution.. TEST concluded...
