Has anyone seen billet oil and fuel filter caps. Would be nice to replace the plastic and dress up the engine.

Our website is going to have a page introducing for sale the "Billet Oil Filler Caps" in about a week or so. For those that are interested in seeing what they look like, click on this link (this page shows our entire Bypass FIlter kit, but one of the pictures shows just the billet oil filler cap installed on a 6.0L engine):

http://www.oilguard.com/ford_bypass.php

If you want to order one now, you can by calling our Customer Service at 760-967-0892 (until the items are available on the Internet). They run $25 each and are currently in stock in red anodize. Ask for "Billet OFC 6.0" if you have a 6.0L PSD or "Billet OFC 7.3" if you have a 7.3L PSD.

Thank You,
OilGuard Tech

Would consider buying a complete set of all four caps if they are ever produced (oil filler, oil filter, fuel filter, and fuel filter on frame).

Well, after about 10 days of an Oil filler cap 'completely submerged' in Simple Green/Bio Dyne there are 'NO' signs of deterioration or damage of any kind.. Although very clean .. The brew was even left in direct hot sunlight, and the solution even evaporated on down to syrup status.. No change.. Tryed 'scraping' to see if the plastic was breaking down, and all was still good.. Safe?? I'd still use it with care and caution.. TEST concluded...
