Ok guys,
I got a 93 f150 2 wheel drive with stock 235's and got to put better tread for the winter whats the largest size I can go to without changing anything? Next yr. I'm gonna raise front to level it and go with 31's. But right now I need more tread for winter.
31x10.5" will fit on a stock 2wd truck without any rubbing. On a 4wd truck, you can put on 32x11.5" with no/minimal rubbing (might rub during full wheel lock). I also believe that if you put that levelling kit in your front, you'll be able to stuff in 32" tires in as well.

Negative on that. My 31x10.50s rub on my 4x4 with a 2" lift in the front. It's only on a hard left turn, so I don't really worry about it, but just so you know... I'd go ahead w/ the 31's, just realize they might rub a small bit.
I have a 89 Ford F150 2WD, I put on a set of Superlift 2inch coils to level out the front, and I was able to put on procomps Xterrains 33x12.50R15's. I have to take it slow on the dips and when I crank the steering wheel all the way it rubs but not that bad. It doesnt matter what tire you go up to, it will eventually rub on the radius arms. I am planning on getting Fabtechs 8inch Long Travel kit, in about 2-3 weeks. The fabtech radius arms are set farther in, so it eliminates the rubbing when you turn!.
Really? I just put on a set of 31" three weeks ago, and have yet to have them rub at full lock. Hmmm, I guess I stand corrected...
My 95 4X4 Off Road has 31X10.5 (third set) and I have never had any rubbing problems either. One question though I have duel shocks up front but have yet to see another F150 with them. I know the Bronco's had them but not any one fiddys'. Anyone know about this?
Appoligize for any thread jacking that might occure.
