steering well low?

ok is it possibal for me to drop my truck in the front and rear,and still be able to have full steering range?if so with modifications wut are they?

I've been wondering this myself... I was planning on doing the suspension work on my truck to lower it, in another month or so. I have been looking at 20" Wheel & Tire combos, however I'm wondering what the combo of lowering it and larger wheels will do to the steering range given the front fenders, etc.
