What headers fit the best on a 78 f250 4x4?

it doesnt have any lift.

Is it the original motor? Did you do any performance mod's to the motor? Do you want fenderwell or chassis exit? Do you want quality or just a cheap pair of headers?

Havent decided on fenderwell or chassis yet. Price wise, probly cheaper for now. No performance mods yey, but a 4bbl will hopefully be soon. It has a 400. Sorry I forgot that tiny piece of info.

Headman makes a good header, L+L makes a great header and I am sure there are some cheapo header's as well.
