Straignt Pipes?

The mod motors sound very good with their exhaust done. I'd say personally that they sound second best only to the Chevy 350. Of course...we all know that the 350 is almost impossible to make sound BAD.
As far as straight pipes on them...I had a friend up North that had a 4.6 and straights on it, and between the pipes and tips he had on it it was LOUD. Idle was alright enough, but you pick up those revs and it was roaring. I might recommend glasspacks for it though....or even a turbo muffler would be good, to make it streetable (noise-wise) but still let you roar.

I ran straight pipes on my 4.6 for about a week. IT SOUNDS AWESOME !!!!!!!! I ended up putting magnaflows on it for some unknown reason though. The glasspacks and the turbo muffler does nothing at all for that truck. Not after hearing it with straight pipes anyhow.
