Well I bought a mig welder and started making a cart. Before I was done I bought a plasma cutter so I started expanding the cart. Then I bought a bigger bottle so that means I need to change the mount and of course I now have no place for the cutters cords so that has to be added. I also want to make a rack to mount the air dryer and filter to keep them out of the way. My wife is laughing at me because she says only I buy a tool to make stuff for that tool she said "You did not need a welder till you needed to make a welding cart" nag nag nag

When I was trying to convince my wife I needed a drill press, she didn't get it, because I already had an electric drill. I told her that sometimes it's important for the hole to be square with everything, like for tapping threads or installing dowel pins, etc.
She said,"Let me get this straight - you need a drill press to make square holes?!"

I got one of those, it's a Mortiser for woodbutchery Has a hollow square chisel thingy with a drill bit in the middle so you can *drill* square holes in wood.
