torque converter problems HELP!!!!
in the process of reinstalling rebuilt transmission, everything is going fine, now we're stuck cannot turn the crankshaft to reinstall torque converter bolts, are we missing something???need help fast! put the first nut on tightened it and cannot turn it clockwise or anyways for that matter

Are you using the tool to turn the flywheel? I have a special tool but a prybar will work too. If you have one bolt in, don't tighten it down until the others are in as well that way it pulls down evenly.

Torque converter not seated all the way in will cause binding on the rotation. Don't force it. Loosen the bell housing bolts some, spread the bell housing from the block and see if the engine will turn easier. If it does, that pretty much guarantees that the converter isn't seated all the way.
