what next, oppinions please

we have a 1988 f150, 302 fuel injected, installed a "new full tank, in tank pump, side rail pump, fuel filters, fuel lines. Pressure is good, new plugs and wires, new relays from ford. ran great for about a week, then the problems start, poor performance, my mechanic said i had a bad injector on cyl #3 so i replaced it, now my rpm's at idle in park are about 1400 befor the were at about 700, and drive at about 1200 so when i shift from park to drive the trany sounds like a bomb, reverse seems normal. Please help with any suggestions.
thanks
eddie

Either someone has turned in the idle screw on the throttlebody or the IAC is stuck open causing it to idle too fast.
