Question bed covers

I'm looking to buy a retractable bed cover and I don't know where to start. I don't want to make a mistake choosing covers because their so exspensive. The three most important feartures are:

1. Flush with bed ( I've seen some sit above the bed)
2. Dust & water proof (I've seen some with gaps near the edges)
3. Lockable

for an 2003 F-250 short box

You might want to look into Pace Edwards covers. I know they lock and look good but have never had one of my own. They are also fairly pricey. I have seen them all the way up to $1400. Also Pace Edwards covers sit fluch with the bed and are water proof however I dont know about dust proof.

Check out this website: http://truckgadgets.com/compare_covers.htm
They compared quite few major tonneau covers.

I'm planning to buy the Retrax tonneau cover (http://www.rolltopcover.com).

You should also buy the tail gate gasket to prevent the negative pressure created from the tonneau cover to suck up dusts, road debris, and other craps thru the gap between the tail gate and the bed.

I've been looking, too. I've narrowed my choices to USA Rollcover and Rollbak. They are both all aluminum and will hold more weight on top of the cover, and have a good price. One question I have is about the storage locations in the canister for the Rollbak - how deep are they? I like the locking mechanism on the USA better, but the felt lining on the Rollbak.

Anyone have either?
