77 engine id
how can you tell the difference in a 302 an a 351 small block
i have a 77 f100 an im not sure what it is
the old fellow i bought it from didnt have any idea just a small block
77 ford f100
short wheelbase fleetside
auto
the radius arm bushings we gone nothing left
u joint gone i have replaced joint an bushings
the body is solid an strait except for pass door small dent in the bottom
1 motor mount bolt was gone
all in all decent shape for $650

measure across the intake, from one valve cover base to the other. If its 11" its a 351w if its noticably less its a 302.
feel the block behind the intake, are there two noticable ridges? If so 351w if not 302.
whats the firing order? The cylinders are numbered as follows....facing the front of the engine, the left side (passenger) is 1-4 closest to farthest and the right side (driver) 5-8 closest to farthest.
