cold starting
I have a1999 F250 SD 4x4 with a V10 when I first start my truck in the early morning cool weather it turns over but sounds like it is flooding out. The dealer check it and said when they put on the computer show everything is good. I took it to a private garage they too could not find any problems. Anyone have any idea what I could check??? I have 87,000 miles on it. Had all the tune ups and changes oil every 3000 miles.

the IAC has to open up wide to give the engine plenty of air when its cold. If it won't cause of crud or whatever the mix will be too rich. Try pushing the pedal alittle and see how it starts..
